Fire Equipment definition

Fire Equipment means all fire apparatus and other fire equipment, emergency response vehicles and equipment and all other equipment commonly in use by the Department, together with replacements thereof and additions thereto.
Fire Equipment means all of the personal property (other than Fire Apparatus) owned or leased by the City or the City's Fire Rescue Department as of the Organization Date, or that are purchased or leased by the City during the Transition Period, and which the Fire Rescue Department or the Fire District uses in providing Emergency Services.
