Fire Equipment definition

Fire Equipment means all fire apparatus and other fire equipment, emergency response vehicles and equipment and all other equipment commonly in use by the Department, together with replacements thereof and additions thereto.

Fire Equipment means any item of equipment used for detection, suppression or extinguishing of a fire, be it fixed or portable equipment;
