Removal of Participants Sample Clauses

Removal of Participants. Participants have the right to withdraw fully or partially from the study at any time and for any reason without prejudice to their future medical care by the physician or at the institution. Participants may decline to continue receiving investigational product(s) or other protocol-required therapies at any time during the study. If this occurs, the investigator will discuss with the participant appropriate procedures for withdrawal from investigational product(s) or other protocol-required therapies. Should a participant (or a legally acceptable representative) request or decide to withdraw from the study, all efforts will be made to complete and report the observations as thoroughly as possible up to the date of withdrawal. The investigator’s clinical judgment will be used to determine whether a participant should be removed from treatment or from the study due to an adverse event. A participant may also voluntarily withdraw from treatment or from the study due to an adverse event.
