Removal of Personnel and Sub-Consultants Sample Clauses

Removal of Personnel and Sub-Consultants. If any personnel or sub-consultant fails to perform the part of the Services undertaken by it in compliance with this Contract or in a manner reasonably satisfactory to Owner, Consultant, immediately upon notice from Owner, shall remove and replace such personnel or sub-consultant. Consultant shall have no claim for damages, for compensation in excess of the Contract Price, or for a delay or extension of the Contract Time as a result of any such removal or replacement.
