Removal of Personnel. All personnel assigned by the Consultant shall be subject to the approval of the City and be required to cooperate with the City project personnel. In the event that the Consultant's personnel fail to cooperate or perform their assigned tasks in a reasonable manner as determined by the City, the City may require the Consultant to replace such personnel.
