No Removal or Substitution The Resident may not remove, alter or change any property in the Room which is provided on occupancy or at any other time during the Term, including and not limited to; furnishings, fixtures, equipment, television sets, appliances, window screens, floor coverings and any mattress covering. The Resident shall use all such items only for their intended purpose.
Substitution of Key Personnel Consultant has represented to City that certain key personnel will perform and coordinate the Services under this Agreement. Should one or more of such personnel become unavailable, Consultant may substitute other personnel of at least equal competence upon written approval of City. In the event that City and Consultant cannot agree as to the substitution of key personnel, City shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement for cause. As discussed below, any personnel who fail or refuse to perform the Services in a manner acceptable to the City, or who are determined by the City to be uncooperative, incompetent, a threat to the adequate or timely completion of the Project or a threat to the safety of persons or property, shall be promptly removed from the Project by the Consultant at the request of the City. PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION In the event a specified manufacturer’s Product listed in the Contract becomes unavailable or cannot be supplied by the Contractor for any reason (except as provided for in the Savings/Force Majeure Clause) a Product deemed in writing by the Commissioner to be equal to or better than the specified Product must be substituted by the Contractor at no additional cost or expense to the Authorized User. Unless otherwise specified, any substitution of Product prior to the Commissioner’s written approval may be cause for cancellation of Contract.
Provision and Removal of Equipment B2.1 The Contractor shall provide all the Equipment necessary for the supply of the Services.
Substitution of Concessionaire At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders‟ Representative, the Authority shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.
Substitution of Equipment In the event the Computer is inoperable, ASL has a limited number of spare laptops for use while the Computer is being repaired or replaced. This agreement remains in effect for such a substitute. The Student may NOT opt to keep a broken Computer or to avoid using the Computer due to loss or damage.
Consolidation of Grievances If the grievance involves a group of employees or if a number of employees file separate grievances on the same matter, the grievances shall, whenever possible, be handled as a single grievance.
Graffiti Removal Graffiti is detrimental to the health, safety and welfare of the community in that it promotes a perception in the community that the laws protecting public and private property can be disregarded with impunity. This perception fosters a sense of disrespect of the law that results in an increase in crime; degrades the community and leads to urban blight; is detrimental to property values, business opportunities and the enjoyment of life; is inconsistent with the City’s property maintenance goals and aesthetic standards; and results in additional graffiti and in other properties becoming the target of graffiti unless it is quickly removed from public and private property. Graffiti results in visual pollution and is a public nuisance. Graffiti must be abated as quickly as possible to avoid detrimental impacts on the City and County and its residents, and to prevent the further spread of graffiti.
INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL Show Management reserves the right to fix the time for the installation of a booth prior to the Show opening and for its removal after the conclusion of the Show. Installation of all exhibits must be fully completed by the opening time of the exposition. Any space not claimed and occupied three hours prior to opening, may be resold or reassigned without refund. No exhibitor will be allowed to dismantle or repack any part of his exhibit until after the closing of the Show. 6.
Substitution of Paid Leave Employees must use accrued paid leave to cover some or all of the FMLA leave taken.
