MEDIA ACCESS Clause Samples

The MEDIA ACCESS clause defines the rights and limitations regarding access to media, such as press, photographers, or broadcasters, in connection with an event, property, or organization. Typically, this clause outlines who is permitted to enter certain areas, what types of media coverage are allowed, and any restrictions on recording or distributing content. For example, it may specify that only accredited journalists can access backstage areas or that filming is prohibited in certain zones. The core function of this clause is to control and manage media presence, ensuring privacy, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
MEDIA ACCESS. CONTRACTOR shall adhere to Rule Chapter 33-104, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), relating to media access. All media visits at the Facility require prior approval from the Department.
MEDIA ACCESS. 4.1. At Teacher’s discretion, videos may be created and shared with Student to further Student’s practice and goals. Teacher retains all rights to media and may terminate access to media at any time. All terms in “Section 5: Release” below apply to use of media. (initial)
MEDIA ACCESS. Licensee’s invited media shall have reasonable access to the Stadium (and remainder of the Complex, as reasonably necessary) prior to, during and after Licensee Events, including substantially the same accommodations and facilities for all media equipment, including trucks, as are typically provided in other MLB stadiums.
MEDIA ACCESS. News media is granted access to the Capitol Civic Centre as pre-arranged and determined by the Marketing Director. Areas of the Capitol Civic Centre that are off-access include: all dressing rooms and dressing areas, Technical Director’s office, technical operations booth, and orchestra pit. Backstage access and photography may be granted, on an event basis. Requests for such access will be made in advance and should not be assumed due to safety issues, legalities, and proprietary information related to the performance or event.
MEDIA ACCESS. The Licensor shall ensure that the press areas, Practice Facility, Floor, broadcast areas and Common Areas continue to be wired or otherwise equipped throughout the Term with media distribution inputs and outputs for receipt and transmission of Multimedia Distribution reasonably acceptable to the Licensee and the NBA.
MEDIA ACCESS. (a) Accredited parties are entitled to enter the venue and access media areas on match days, including the press box (or assigned area of the venue) and post- match media conference room. At no point is access permitted to the tunnel, change rooms or the field of play before, during or after the match. (b) In order to access the press box (or assigned area of the venue), a valid match ticket will be required in addition to the Accreditation.
