Removal; Vacancies; Transfer of Duties. Any officer of the Company may be removed from office, with or without cause, by the Majority-In-Interest of the Members. The power and duties of any officer may be transferred in whole or in part by the Majority-In-Interest of the Members to any other officer or other individual, notwithstanding the other provisions of this Agreement.
