Remuneration for Testers; Actiyon’s service fee. As compensation for their sincere and active participation, and if the scenario is fully complied with for each test performed on the Actiyon website, the Client will pay testers a net remuneration agreed in advance and indicated at the time the testers register to perform the testing services for the Client. By validating the test, testers generate an invoice on behalf of the Client, which will be paid by the Client upon completion and acceptance of the testing service within 30 days. Testers authorise Actiyon to generate invoices for their testing services on their behalf, and to send them to the relevant Client. Actiyon will make every effort to ensure that Clients pay the testers’ remuneration, but cannot be held responsible for any such failure. The fee per test shown on the Actiyon website is the net amount to be paid to the tester: it does not include Actiyon's service fee. Actiyon's service fee is paid by the Client and compensates Actiyon for the services provided by Actiyon as an intermediary between the testers and the Client and for the testers’ use of the Actiyon website.

  • Compensation for Additional Services Additional Services shall be compensated as set forth on Exhibit A for the stipulated payment amounts set forth therein. Other Additional Services not set forth on Exhibit A that are required or requested by the Owner shall be compensated as agreed, using the methodology set forth on Exhibit A, prior to the Design Professional undertaking such Additional Services; provided, however, that if such compensation cannot be agreed, the Additional Services shall be performed at the hourly rates set forth and listed in Exhibit B, plus reimbursable expenses pursuant to Article 4.1.3 below, with a limitation as to maximum amount specified.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.
