Relevant Client definition

Relevant Client means any person, firm or company who or which at any time during the period of twelve (12) months prior to the date on which the Participant ceases to be employed by Employer is or was a client or customer of the Employer, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or was in the habit and/or practice of dealing under contract with the Employer, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and with whom or which the Participant had dealings related to the Business) or for whose relationship with the Employer, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries the Participant had responsibility at any time during the said period.

Relevant Client means any person, firm or company who or which at any time during the period of twelve months prior to the date on which Optionee ceases to be employed by Employer is or was a client or customer of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or was in the habit and/or practice of dealing under contract with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and with whom or which Optionee had dealings related to the Business (other than in a minimal and non-material way) or for whose relationship with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries Optionee had responsibility at any time during the said period.

Relevant Client means the Client to whom the Company is delivering the Services;

• An SCM agrees that the Clearing House is permitted, after the Default of such SCM, to disclose the Portfolio in respect of a Relevant Client Account and SwapClear Clearing Client of such SCM, to each Backup Clearing Member appointed by such SwapClear Clearing Client in respect of the SwapClear Service.

• An EquityClear Clearing Member agrees that the Clearing House is permitted, after the Default of such EquityClear Clearing Member, to disclose the Portfolio in respect of a Relevant Client Account and EquityClear Clearing Client of such EquityClear Clearing Member, to each Backup Clearing Member appointed by such EquityClear Clearing Client in respect of the EquityClear Service.

• A RepoClear Clearing Member agrees that the Clearing House is permitted, after the Default of such RepoClear Clearing Member, to disclose the Portfolio in respect of a Relevant Client Account and RepoClear Clearing Client of such RepoClear Clearing Member, to each Backup Clearing Member appointed by such RepoClear Clearing Client in respect of the RepoClear Service.

• The Clearing Member, as legal and beneficial owner and as continuing security for the due and punctual payment and discharge of all Liabilities, charges in favour of each Client by way of first fixed charge all its present and future right, title and interest in and to the Relevant Client Entitlement (without prejudice to the completion of the Default Management Process and any netting provisions contained in the Clearing Rules).

Relevant Client means a Client or any other person who is a direct or indirect client of a Member; and

Relevant Client means any person, firm or Employer who or that at any time during the period of 12 months prior to the Relevant Date is or was a client of the Employer or any Associated Employer or was in the habit of dealing under contract with the Employer or any Associated Employer and with whom or which you had dealings other than in a minimal and non-material way at any time during that period;

Relevant Client means a person, firm, company or organisation who is a client of the Company or was in the habit of dealing under contract with the contract with the Company and with whom you have dealt during the employment in the period of 12 months immediately preceding the Termination Date.

Relevant Client any person firm or company who at any time during the twelve months prior to the Termination Date, has been provided with Security Goods or supplied with Security Services in the Relevant Area, including any person who has asked (or enquired about) the provision of Security Goods or Security Services in the Relevant Area with whom or which the Executive directly dealt other than in a de minimis way or for whom or which the Executive was responsible on behalf of the Company or any Group Company at any time during the said period (or the Term if shorter);
