Remuneration Package. (a) The Employee will be entitled to receive a Remuneration Package comprising: (i) a base salary in the amount specified in item 4 of Schedule 1 (Base Salary); and (ii) other benefits specified in item 5 of Schedule 1. (b) The Remuneration Package is subject to the deduction or withholding of any amounts on account of any applicable taxation.
