Impact of Leave. During the currency of an agreement under clause 11.4: any Teacher who takes paid leave on full pay shall receive the Benefits and salary referred to in clause 11.4(a) and (b); if a Teacher takes leave without pay the Teacher will not be entitled to any Benefits during the period of leave; if a Teacher takes leave on less than full pay he or she shall receive:
(i) the Benefits; and
(ii) an amount of salary calculated by applying the formula: A = S x P% - [(100% - P%) x B] where: S = the salary determined by clause 11.4(b). P = the percentage of salary payable during the leave B = Benefit Value A = Amount of salary; and any other payment under this Agreement, calculated by reference to the Teacher's salary, however described, and payable:
(i) during employment; or
(ii) on termination of employment in respect of untaken paid leave; or
(iii) on death, shall be at the rate of pay which would have applied to the Teacher under clause 11.3, in the absence of an agreement under clause 11.4(a) and (b).
Impact of Leave. During the currency of an agreement under clause 18.4 the following will apply:
(a) Any Employee who takes paid leave on full pay shall receive the Benefits and salary referred to in clause 18.4;
(b) If an Employee takes leave without pay the Employee will not be entitled to any Benefits during the period of leave;
(c) If an Employee takes leave on less than full pay, he or she shall receive a proportional amount of salary based on the full time salary payable during the leave; and
(d) Any other payment under this Agreement, calculated by reference to the Employee's salary, however described, and payable:
(i) during employment; or
(ii) on termination of employment in respect of untaken paid leave; or
(iii) on death, shall be at the rate of pay which would have applied to the Employee under
Impact of Leave. During the currency of an agreement under clause 9.4 the following will apply:
9.5.1 Any Employee who takes paid leave on full pay shall receive the Benefits and salary referred to in clause 9.4;
9.5.2 If an Employee takes leave without pay the Employee will not be entitled to any Benefits during the period of leave;
9.5.3 If an Employee takes leave on less than full pay, they shall receive:
(a) the Benefits; and
(b) an amount of salary calculated by applying the formula: A = S x P% - [(100% - P%) x B] where: S = the salary as per the Employee’s classification P = the percentage of salary payable during the leave B = Benefit Value A = Amount of salary; and
9.5.4 Any other payment under this Agreement, calculated by reference to the Employee's salary, however described, and payable:
(a) during employment; or
(b) on termination of employment in respect of untaken paid leave; or
(c) on death, shall be at the rate of pay which would have applied to the Employee under clause 9.3 in the absence of an agreement under clause 9.4.

Impact of Leave. (i) Any teacher who takes approved paid leave on full pay shall receive the benefits and salary as in s.13 and s.16 for the period of leave granted.
(ii) A teacher who takes leave without pay for over five (5) days shall not be entitled to the benefits listed in s.16 during the period of leave.
(iii) Parental leave which is paid by the employer counts as a period of service for accrual of entitlements.
