RENEWAL OF LICENCE a. If the Company applies in writing to the Government not less than three months before the expiration of this Agreement for a renewal of the licence hereof and if the Company shall not be in default at that time in the performance of any of its obligations hereunder the Company may, subject to the provisions of the law, be granted a period not exceeding two years upon such terms and conditions as the parties may then agree. b. A further renewal of the licence may be granted in accordance with the provisions of the Minerals and Mining Law 1986, PNDCL 153.
RENEWAL OF LICENCE. (1) The holder of a licence issued under section 67 may, before the expiry of the licence, apply to the Minister for the renewal of the licence. (2) An application must— (a) be made in a form and manner approved by the Minister; and (b) contain any information that— (i) is prescribed; or (ii) is required by the Minister; and (c) be accompanied by any application fee fixed by the Minister. (3) In considering an application for the renewal of a licence issued under section 67, the Minister must have regard to the matters mentioned in section 68. (4) If the Minister approves the application and renews a licence, he or she may amend or delete any of the conditions to which the licence is subject or add a new condition but must not make the licence subject to any condition to which it could not have been made subject under section 71(1). (5) A licence may be renewed for a period determined by the Minister or for an unlimited period. (6) A licence may, if necessary, be renewed under this section from time to time.
RENEWAL OF LICENCE. 6.1 Subject to Clause 7.2 the School may renew the Licence for a further period of one year on payment, prior to the end of the Licence Period, of the then current Licence Fee as may be increased, provided that the Copy Report has been duly completed and submitted to CCLI in accordance with Clause 5. 6.2 Any renewal of this Licence shall be on the same terms as those contained in this Licence or on such other terms as may reasonably be stipulated by CCLI provided that prior notice is given to the School. 6.3 CCLI shall have the right to increase the Licence Fee payable on any renewal of this Licence provided that prior written notice is given to the School. 6.4 The School shall, upon renewal of this Licence, inform CCLI of any change in its School Size at the end of the Licence Period so that the appropriate Licence Fee payable on renewal can be determined.
RENEWAL OF LICENCE. Prior to the expiration of the Term, the Club may in its absolute discretion offer to the Licensee, the right to renew the Licence for such period and for such fee as the Club determines in its absolute discretion.
