Renewal of Services. ResMed may, at its sole discretion, make certain services generally available on a recurring term basis. If any services purchased from ResMed are auto-renewing or recurring, then subject to applicable laws and ResMed’s issuance of a renewal invoice, at the end of the current term of such services, those services will automatically renew for successive terms of the same duration. The price for each renewal term of the services shall be the then current price (plus Taxes). At the end of the then current term, ResMed may issue Customer with an invoice for that renewal price for the next renewal term. If Customer provides written notice within 14 days after the renewal invoice that Customer does not agree to renew, ResMed reserves the right to terminate the services.

Renewal of Services. The terms of renewal of the Services are defined in the Orders or in the SC for each Service. Renewals are automatic ("Auto-renew") or subject to prior payment.

Some of these renewed automatically (“Auto-Renew”) while others are renewed upon payment in advance by the Client. In cases where multiple options exist, the Client is responsible for selecting the renewal method of its choosing. For certain Services, the Auto-Renew mode is activated by default. Requests for reissued payment are automatically rejected in case of default in payment or irregular payment (incorrect amount, incomplete payment, payment which does not include the required references, or issued using a method or procedure not accepted by OVH). In case of payment reissued by cheque, the Client is responsible to reissue payment early enough for the cheque to be effectively received by OVH before the expiry date of the Services. OVH reserves the right to terminate the renewal, notably, with a reasonable prior notice, in case of a Service’s disappearance.

Renewal of Services. If neither party hereto terminates this Agreement as per 11.1, the Agreement shall automatically renew for further periods (Extended Terms) of Twelve (12) month terms upon expiration of the Initial Term set forth in Section 1.2.
Renewal of Services. Integrator shall be responsible for contacting the End User regarding renewal of each Support Agreement with End User. Integrator shall (a) monitor End User contract terms via SCC; and (b) provide End User will an adequate renewal notice period (not less than thirty (30) days) prior to the expiration date of their then current Support Agreement. Integrator will forward to Cisco either (i) the completed renewal with purchase order or (ii) notice of cancellation.
Renewal of Services. There is no automatic renewal implied or expressed in this agreement. Advertising extension may be granted upon mutually agreeable terms with new agreement signed and on file.
Renewal of Services. Renewal of the annual Services will be agreed 3 months prior to the end of the first year. At this time, usage of units will be calculated, and an annual costing will be agreed by both parties based on fair usage being upheld throughout the agreement period. The contract may be extended for further 12- month periods subject to the prior written confirmation of both parties.
