Fair Usage. The Business Club is designed to be enjoyed by You and Your guests for temporary use and not as a place for continuous everyday work. If We feel Your use of the space is impeding other members from having fair use of the space, We might ask You to adjust Your membership or moderate Your use. If You are leaving a seat You are working from for any length of time, please take Your belongings with You or place them in a locker. We reserve the right to move Your belongings if left too long and are taking up required seats.
Fair UsageTo ensure the provision of a quality of Service to all our customers and to ensure that the behaviour of some does not disadvantage the majority of our customers, you agree to abide by any fair use policy which we may apply.
Fair Usage. 22.1. A fair usage policy applies to the use of the Service and in particular the number of service calls that can be opened by You. Information describing how the fair usage policy applies to the Service are available at xxx.xx.xxx/xxxxxxx 22.2. If the number of service calls opened is excessive according to the fair usage policy, RM may, at its discretion, refuse to open new service calls until the issue is resolved which may involve the purchase by You of an additional support package. RM’s refusal to open a new service call will not affect the status of any service call opened prior to any refusal of service. 22.3. If in RM’s reasonable opinion excessive use of the Service is caused by a lack of network management training, RM will bring this to Your attention, and You must address any training need to the satisfaction of RM without delay.
Fair Usage. 23.1 The Customer is aware that all gas storage services under the Agreement are provided based on the principle of fair usage. Underlying these services is a technical facility with technical limitations. By way of example, certain combinations of Register Transfer of Gas-in-Storage and Capacity to circumvent the technical restrictions (e.g. pressure factors) are not allowed. The Customer will not transmit significantly more data than other Customers with similar positions transmit on average. 23.2 In case of suspected violation of the fair usage principle, GSB will contact the Customer and discuss the issue; and if such violation is established and continuing, GSB may suspend access to the TSS in accordance with Appendix I.
Fair Usage. Where unlimited services (e.g., telephone calls, printing, scanning etc.) are included within a service package, these are subject to a fair usage as defined by The Provider. The Provider reserves the right to limit or withdraw The Customers use without notice if The Provider feels The Customer is in breach of fair usage.

Fair Usage. 12.1. The Service is provided for Customer’s consistent, fairand reasonable use. 12.2. Usage of the Service shall deemed inconsistent, unfair and/or unreasonable use in the following events: (i) Customer’s total Data Traffic usage in any 5 minute period exceeds 500% of the monthly Committed Data Traffic divided by 8,712; or (ii) Customer’s average Bandwidth usage for any 5 minute period exceeds 500% of the monthly Committed Bandwidth. 12.3. Usage of the Service shall deemed inconsistent, unfair and/or unreasonable use in the event the CDN Traffic is not following the natural ASN distribution of the audience of Customer content but is artificially concentrated in one or several specific ASN(s) or regions. 12.4. In the event LeaseWeb, in its sole discretion, determines that the Customer is not using the Service according to this Fair Use Policy, LeaseWeb will, without any prior notice, be entitled to immediately impose limits on the speed of the data the Customer may transmit and/or receive through the Service. 12.5. Should the total size of Popular Hot Content be repeatedly over 20TB, then the highest volume in excess of said 20TB threshold shall be charged EUR 2 /GB per month additionally, unless payment of Service Charges in another currency is agreed between Parties, in which case the excess charge shall be payable in that other currency and the amount of that excess charge shall be the equivalent in that currency of 2 EUR/GB per month. 12.6. If in any calendar month, the Hit Factor exceeds 1000, LeaseWeb shall be entitled to charge Customer an addition Service Charge of EUR 0.25 per 1 million Hits that have occurred in the respective month, unless payment of Service Charges in another currency is agreed between Parties, in which case the excess charge shall be payable in that other currency and the amount of that excess charge shall be the equivalent in that currency of EUR 0.25. 12.7. Should Customer’s Traffic pattern result in an ASN Destination Percentage for a certain ASN number higher than the percentages below (the “ASN Threshold”), then the Traffic in excess of the ASN Threshold shall be charged at $1,00 / Mbps on top of the normal rate (or the equivalence thereof if parties agreed on Services Charges in another currency). Fair Usage. 9.1. You must only use the services for private, personal and legitimate business purposes. You must not use your SIM card to support any connection where the SIM card is fitted into equipment for use with applications that primarily transfer information between fixed systems and remotely located handsets/assets or any other remote computer systems. 9.2. You shall not connect or continue connection by or on behalf of itself or any end user of any GSM Gateway(s) to the network without Digital Origin Solution’s prior written consent, which may be withheld at Digital Origin Solution’s absolute discretion. You must not establish, install or use a gateway device, application or SIM box (including devices tethered via cable, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, to a computer or the internet) for the purposes of making large volumes of calls or sending large volumes of texts. Don’t use gateway devices, applications or SIM boxes to send automated messages or to make automated calls. 9.3. You must not use our services or SIM cards to generate artificially inflated traffic or to persistently send automated or unsolicited text messages. 9.4. You must not use our services or a SIM card in such a way that in our reasonable opinion we believe adversely impacts ours or our suppliers’ network or the service(s) to our other customers. This includes using our services to do anything which slows down the performance of the network or prevents other customers from using the network as intended because fo congestion caused by your usage of the services. 9.5. You must not use our services fraudulently, in connection with a criminal offence, in breach of any law or statutory duty, to make a call or send a message or to take pictures or video or send, upload, download, use or re-use any material, which is offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing, a nuisance (including to our staff) or a hoax in breach of any rights or anyone’s privacy or is otherwise unlawful. 9.6. You may use our services in our Europe Zone for periodic travel only, like business travel, holidays or short breaks. If you’re not genuinely using our services for periodic travel, we may have to charge you for, or suspend you from, using our services in our Europe Zone. If you use our services in our Europe Zone for 60 days or more in any four-month period, this is likely to be deemed to be an unfair use of our services and you will be in breach of this Fair Usage Policy. 9.7. Fair Usage. A fair usage limit of 1,000 DDIs will be applied to each new SIP trunk to which this product is applied. The supplier reserves the right to charge additional DDI rental fees in respect of any DDIs in excess of this limit.
Fair Usage. 3.1 The Cloud MFA service includes the option to send One Time Passcodes via text message (SMS). The cost of sending passcodes over SMS is included in the Subscription Fees for the Cloud MFA service but is subject to this Fair Usage Policy.
