Common use of Renewal Clause in Contracts

Renewal. This Agreement shall automatically renew at the end of the term for successive one (1) year terms unless either Party provides written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the term or renewal term, as applicable, of such Party’s decision not to automatically renew this Agreement

This Agreement shall automatically renew for two (2) additional one-year terms in a like manner, with the same right of the parties for non- renewal with notice. In no instance shall this AgreementAgreement remain in effect for more than three (3) years following the end of the initial term.
