Rent Paid in Arrears. For any tenant or other user of the Property that makes rent payments in arrears pursuant to such tenant’s or user’s lease or other agreement with a Seller (including, without limitation, any parking garage operator, if applicable). Purchaser agrees that upon Purchaser’s receipt of any rent payment from any such tenant or other user that is for any period of time prior to the Closing Date, Purchaser shall promptly pay to Sellers the portion of such payment that applies to the period of time prior to the Closing Date. The provisions of this Section 4.4.4 shall survive the Closing.

  • Rent Payments Xxxxxx agrees to pay rent to the Landlord during the term of this Lease in equal monthly installments of $975, which shall be paid on or before the first day of the month. Xxxxxx agrees that if rent is not paid in full on or before 1st day of the month, Tenant will pay a late charge of $97.50 as allowed by applicable Georgia law.The prorated rent from the commencement of this Lease to the first day of the following month is $975, which amount shall be paid at the execution of this Lease. Xxxxxx agrees that rent shall be paid in lawful money of the United States via the Xxxxx Residents App. Rent payments shall be made payable to and mailed or delivered to the following address: P.O. Box 17942 Atlanta, GA 30316. All notices from Tenant to Landlord under this Lease and applicable Georgia law shall be delivered to the above address. Xxxxxx agrees that rent will be deemed paid only once Landlord or Landlord’s agent receives the rent monies, either by mail or by delivery to the above address. If there are multiple Tenants signed to this Lease, all such Tenants are jointly, severally and individually bound by, and liable under, the terms and conditions of this Lease. A judgment entered against one Tenant shall be no bar to an action against other Tenants.

  • Interest on Delinquent Payments Without waiving any other right or action available to Authority, in the event of default of Company's payment of Rents or other charges hereunder, and in the event Company is delinquent in paying to Authority any Rents or other charges for a period of five (5) days after the payment is due, Authority reserves the right to charge Company interest thereon from the date the Rents or other charges became due to the date of payment at one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month, to the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law.

  • Minimum Monthly Rent Tenant shall pay minimum monthly rent (“Minimum Monthly Rent”) in the initial amount stated in Section 1.5. The Minimum Monthly Rent shall be increased as set forth in Section 1.5 and/or elsewhere in this Lease. Tenant shall pay the Minimum Monthly Rent on or before the first day of each calendar month, in advance, at the office of Landlord or at such other place designated by Landlord, without deduction, offset or prior demand.   • Arrears The CONTRACTOR shall not pledge the COUNTY’S credit or make it a guarantor of payment or surety for any contract, debt, obligation, judgment, lien, or any form of indebtedness. The CONTRACTOR further warrants and represents that it has no obligation or indebtedness that would impair its ability to fulfill the terms of this Contract.

  • INTEREST ON ARREARS Any interest instalment unpaid on maturity shall yield interest, of right and without formal notice, at the same rate as applicable to the portion of the loan whose interest is unpaid on maturity, such interest being payable to the Lender on request.

  • Minimum Annual Rent Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord the Minimum Annual Rent in equal monthly installments in the amount set forth in Section 1(d) (as increased at the beginning of each lease year as set forth in Section 1(d)), in advance, on the first day of each calendar month during the Term, without notice, demand or setoff, at Landlord's address designated at the beginning of this lease unless Landlord designates otherwise; provided that rent for the first full month shall be paid at the signing of this lease. If the Commencement Date falls on a day other than the first day of a calendar month, the rent shall be apportioned pro rata on a per diem basis for the period from the Commencement Date until the first day of the following calendar month and shall be paid on or before the Commencement Date.   • Quarterly Payments The quarterly payment cannot be increased in cases of target over-achievement. The payments are given on cumulative outputs, in arrears, and therefore the maximum payment available will be given by the end of the Contract if the agreed (target) number of outputs is reached or exceeded.

  • Accrued Interest Each prepayment under this Section 2.04(b) shall be accompanied by accrued interest on the amount prepaid to the date of such prepayment and amounts, if any, required to be paid pursuant to Section 2.10 as a result of such prepayment.

  • Rent Payment Tenant shall pay the Base Rent for the premises and any additional rent provided herein without deduction or offset. Rent for any partial month during the lease term shall be prorated to reflect the number of days during the month that Tenant occupies the premises. Additional rent means amounts determined under section 19 of this lease and any other sums payable by Tenant to Landlord under this lease. Rent not paid when due shall bear interest at the rate of one-and-one-half per month until paid. Landlord may at its option impose a late charge of $.05 for each $1 of rent for rent payments made more than 10 days late in lieu of interest for the first month of delinquency, without waiving any other remedies available for default. Failure to impose a late charge shall not be a waiver of Landlord's rights hereunder.

  • Periodic Payments GLAIC will pay the Policyholder the amounts specified in the Accumulation Fund Schedule as Periodic Payouts, including the Maturity Payout, on the dates specified (subject to Section 4.7). Such payment amounts are adjusted to reflect any other payment payable under this Section of the Policy. The interest factor used in making such adjustments is the Guaranteed Rate.
