Examples of Minimum Monthly Rent in a sentence
The Minimum Monthly Rent shall be an amount equal to one-twelfth (1/12) of the Minimum Annual Rent for the Extension Term and shall be paid at the same time and in the same manner as provided in the Lease.
The Minimum Monthly Rent shall apply from the Rent Commencement Date through the end of the fifth (5th) Lease Year of the Term.
Tenant shall pay the Minimum Monthly Rent on or before the first day of each calendar month, in advance, at the office of Landlord or at such other place designated by Landlord, without deduction, offset or prior demand.
All provisions of this Lease (other than those relating to the term) shall apply to such month-to-month tenancy, except that the Minimum Monthly Rent shall be increased to 150% of the Minimum Monthly Rent in effect during the last month of the Lease Term.
