Reopening of Agreement. If either the Association or the Board desires to modify or amend this Agreement commencing the day following the expiration noted above, notice of intent to bargain shall be given to the other party no later than January 1 prior to this Agreement's expiration date, and bargaining shall begin no later than March 1 prior to this Agreement's expiration date.
