NATIONAL CERTIFICATION FEES. The District shall budget $10,000 annually for payment of National Certification Fees for teachers who have successfully completed the National Board Certification examination. Licensed teachers who have been regularly contracted during the past three school years, including the current school year, and who have been assigned full-time in-district may apply. The award(s) will be based on the order in which evidence of successful passage is received by the Superintendent’s Office. NATIONAL CERTIFICATION FEES. The District shall budget $10,000 annually for payment of National Certification or Recertification Fees for teachers who have successfully completed the National Board Certification. Licensed teachers who have been regularly contracted during the past three school years, including the current school year, and who have been assigned full-time in-district may apply. (2021) The teacher will submit their receipts along with evidence of successful passing. The $10,000 will be split equally among the applicants up to a total of each teacher’s receipts. Submission date March 1. Payment will be remitted with the last paycheck for the school year. (2019) (2021) The Board agrees to pay a National Board Certificated teacher a stipend of $1,250 per year for the duration of the certificate.

  • Provisional Certificate 14.3.1 The Independent Engineer may, at the request of the Concessionaire, issue a provisional certificate of completion substantially in the form set forth in Schedule-J (the "Provisional Certificate") if the Tests are successful and the Bus Terminal can be safely and reliably placed in commercial operation though certain works or things forming part thereof are outstanding and not yet complete.   • Class Certification Solely for the purposes of this Settlement, the Parties stipulate and agree to certification of the claims asserted on behalf of Class Members. As such, the Parties stipulate and agree that in order for this Settlement to occur, the Court must certify the Class as defined in this Agreement.

  • CLEC Certification 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, CenturyLink shall have no obligation to perform under this Agreement until such time as CLEC has obtained such FCC and Commission authorization(s) as may be required by Applicable Law for conducting business in the State as a competitive local exchange carrier. CLEC shall not be permitted to establish its account nor place any orders under this Agreement until it has obtained such authorization and provided proof of such to CenturyLink. For the life of this Agreement, CLEC must represent and warrant to CenturyLink that it remains a certified local provider of Telephone Exchange Service within CenturyLink’s Local Calling Area(s) in the State. At any time during the life of this Agreement, CLEC will provide a copy of its current Certificate of Operating Authority or other evidence of its status to CenturyLink upon request. CLEC’s failure to maintain such authorization(s) as may be required by Applicable Law for conducting business in the State as a CLEC shall be considered a Default of Agreement.

  • Federal Certifications Grantee further certifies that, to the extent federal certifications are incorporated into the Grant Agreement, the Grantee has reviewed the federal certifications and that Grantee is in compliance with all requirements. In addition, Grantee certifies that it is in compliance with all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations, as they may pertain to this Grant Agreement.
