SIGNING OF AGREEMENT. 37.1 Within 21 days of receipt of the notification of award, the successful bidder shall sign the Form of Agreement and return it to the Employer, together with the required performance security.
37.2 Within 28 days of issuance of the notification of award, the Employer shall sign the Form of Agreement as received from the contractor.
SIGNING OF AGREEMENT. Person or persons signing the agreement shall state in what capacity, he/she is or they are signing the agreement, e.g. as sole proprietor of a firm or Director / Managing Director of a Limited company or as a partner of a partnership firm or Karta of HUF.
SIGNING OF AGREEMENT. GGPL will award the Contract to the successful Bidder, who, within 'fifteen [15] days' of receipt of the same, shall sign and return the acknowledged copy to GGPL.
SIGNING OF AGREEMENT. 21.1 When OWNER gives a Notice of Award to the Successful Bidder, it shall be accompanied by the required number of unsigned counterparts of the Agreement with the other Contract Documents which are identified in the Agreement as attached thereto. Within 15 days thereafter, Successful Bidder shall sign and deliver the required number of counterparts of the Agreement and attached documents to OWNER. Within ten days thereafter, OWNER shall deliver one fully signed counterpart to Successful Bidder with a complete set of the Drawings with appropriate identification.
SIGNING OF AGREEMENT. The signing of an agreement to enter into -------------------- a transaction described in Section 8.1(a) or 8.1(b).
SIGNING OF AGREEMENT. 39.1 BCPL will award the Contract to the successful bidder, who, within 15 days of receipt of the same, shall sign and return the acceptance copy to BCPL.
39.2 The successful bidder shall be required to execute an AGREEMENT non-judicial paper of appropriate value (the cost of stamp paper shall be borne by the Contractor), within 15 days of the receipt by him of The Notification of Acceptance of Tender. In the event of failure on the part of the successful bidder to sign the AGREEMENT within the above stipulated period, the Bid Security shall be forfeited and the acceptance of the tender shall be considered as cancelled.
SIGNING OF AGREEMENT. 37.1 GAIL will award the Contract to the successful Bidder, who, within 'fifteen [15] days' of receipt of the same, shall sign and return the acknowledged copy to GAIL.
37.2 The successful Bidder/Contractor shall be required to execute an 'Agreement' in the proforma given in this Bidding Document on a 'non-judicial stamp paper' of appropriate value [cost of the 'stamp-paper' shall be borne by the successful Bidder/Contractor] and of ' state' specified in Bidding Data Sheet (BDS) only, within 'fifteen [15] days' of receipt of the "Fax of Acceptance [FOA]" of the Tender by the successful Bidder/Contractor failure on the part of the successful Bidder/Contractor to sign the 'Agreement' within the above stipulated period, shall constitute sufficient grounds for forfeiture of EMD/Security Deposit.
SIGNING OF AGREEMENT. 11.1 The successful tenderer will have to execute an agreement in the prescribed format on a non- judicial stamp paper of Rs.1000 /- value within 7 days after receipt of rate approval order.
11.2 The expenses of the agreement shall be born by tenderer.
11.3 The period of agreement shall be one year from the date of rate approval order (the supplier will have to bind himself to work till three month after the expiry of contract period) which can further be extended in full or part for another period of three months subject to satisfactory services provided by the tenderer through- out the contracted period.
SIGNING OF AGREEMENT. 17.1 This Agreement shall be signed by the legal representative of two Parties and be affixed with their respective official seal, and also be notarized by notary organ within 3 days.
17.2 This Agreement shall be effective beginning from the date of notarization.
SIGNING OF AGREEMENT. Forthwith upon approval of this Agreement in accordance with section 8.2:
(a) the Chief and Council will sign this Agreement on behalf of War Lake;
(b) the appropriate officers will sign this Agreement on behalf of Hydro; and
(c) the Minister of Aboriginal and Northern Affairs will sign this Agreement on behalf of Manitoba.
