Common use of Repayment of Uniforms and Training Costs Clause in Contracts

Repayment of Uniforms and Training Costs. In consideration of the Employer providing a newly hired employee with uniforms, equipment, and training, an employee who ceases employment with the Employer due to any cause within two (2) years immediately following the employee’s date of employment, shall repay the Employer for all expenses incurred for such training and for the purchase of uniforms and equipment for such employee.

Repayment of Uniforms and Training Costs. In The parties agree that in consideration of the Employer providing a newly hired employee with uniforms, equipment, uniforms and training, an employee who ceases employment with the Employer due to any cause cause, within two twelve (212) years months immediately following completion of the employee’s date of employmentrequired training, shall repay the Employer for all expenses incurred for such training and for the purchase of uniforms and equipment for such employee. The repayment obligation for uniforms, described herein, shall not apply to any employee who is supplied with a re-issued uniform from the Employer.
