Replacement Card Fee Clause Samples
The replacement-card-fee clause establishes a charge that applies when a customer requests a new card to replace a lost, stolen, or damaged one. Typically, this fee is added to the customer's account and may vary depending on the type of card or the reason for replacement. Replacement Card Fee. If you request a replacement Card you will be charged a replacement Card fee as indicated on our Fee Schedule.
