Common use of Replacement of Committee Members Clause in Contracts

Replacement of Committee Members. (a) Infrastructure Ontario and Owner shall be entitled to replace any of their respective representatives on the Work Committee by written notice to the other and to Project Co. Project Co may replace any of is representatives on the Work Committee with the prior written consent of Owner, not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
