Common use of Replacement of Committee Members Clause in Contracts

Replacement of Committee Members. (a) IO and HRRH shall be entitled to replace any of their respective representatives on the Facilities Management Committee by written notice to Project Co. HRRH will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver prior written notice of any such replacement to Project Co. Project Co may replace any of its representatives on the Facilities Management Committee with the prior written consent of HRRH, not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

HRRH HHS will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver prior written notice of any such replacement to Project Co. HRRH WCH will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver prior written notice of any such replacement to Project Co. Project Co may replace any of its representatives on the Facilities Management Works Committee with the prior written consent of HRRHWCH, not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
