Common use of Replacement of Committee Members Clause in Contracts

Replacement of Committee Members. (a) The City shall be entitled to replace any of its representatives on the Maintenance Committee by written Notice to Project Co. The City will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver prior written Notice of any such replacement to Project Co. Project Co may replace any of its representatives on the Maintenance Committee with the prior written consent of the City.
