REPORT ASSESSMENTS TO THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO. 3.1 Obtain the final closing lien-date Assessor Rolls when they become available. 3.2 Create new and final assessment rolls for each District using the final roll data files. Recalculate the levies for all parcels that materially changed in land use code or changed in other ways on the final lien-date roll for the fiscal year. 3.3 Meet the County Auditor’s special levy roll submission requirements and perform tasks needed to submit the levies before the County’s deadline. 3.4 Prepare draft Certification of Fixed Charge Special Assessments letter and submit to the City project manager for review and signature. Upon City signature, submit final signed copy to the County. 3.5 On an annual basis, place the appropriate charges on the County Tax Roll in the required format and provide the City with a verification of the total amount placed on the County Tax Roll. 3.6 Research any exceptions and resubmit information when possible, and prepare direct manual xxxxxxxx for parcels not able to be placed on the County Tax Roll. 3.7 Any parcels that are not submitted to the County for collection will be invoiced directly to the parcel owner, with payment submitted to the City. Invoices will be processed by the City using data provided by the Proposing Firm. 3.8 Prepare revenue projections analysis, delinquency rates analysis and other of relevant property assessment analysis. 3.9 Prepare and update district maps.

  • Reports to Government Entities Nothing in this Agreement shall prohibit or restrict the Executive from initiating communications directly with, responding to any inquiry from, providing testimony before, providing confidential information to, reporting possible violations of law or regulation to, or filing a claim or assisting with an investigation directly with a self-regulatory authority or a government agency or entity, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board, the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, Congress, any agency Inspector General or any other federal, state or local regulatory authority (collectively, the “Regulators”), or from making other disclosures that are protected under the whistleblower provisions of state or federal law or regulation.   • Reports to Mortgagors and the Internal Revenue Service The Master Servicer shall, in each year beginning after the Cut-Off Date, make the reports of foreclosures and abandonments of any Mortgaged Property as required by Code Section 6050J. In order to facilitate this reporting process, the Master Servicer shall request that each Servicer, on or before January 15th of each year, shall provide to the Internal Revenue Service, with copies to the Master Servicer, reports relating to each instance occurring during the previous calendar year in which such Servicer (i) on behalf of the Trustee acquires an interest in a Mortgaged Property through foreclosure or other comparable conversion in full or partial satisfaction of a Mortgage Loan serviced by such Servicer, or (ii) knows or has reason to know that a Mortgaged Property has been abandoned. Reports from the Servicers shall be in form and substance sufficient to meet the reporting requirements imposed by Code Section 6050J. In addition, each Servicer shall provide the Master Servicer with sufficient information to allow the Master Servicer to, for each year ending after the Cut-Off Date, provide, or cause to be provided, to the Internal Revenue Service and the Mortgagors such information as is required under Code Sections 6050H (regarding payment of interest) and 6050P (regarding cancellation of indebtedness).

  • COMPTROLLER’S REPORT ON CHAPTER 313 AGREEMENTS During the term of this Agreement, both Parties shall provide the Comptroller with all information reasonably necessary for the Comptroller to assess performance under this Agreement for the purpose of issuing the Comptroller’s report, as required by Section 313.032 of the TEXAS TAX CODE.

  • Reports to the Commission The Servicer shall, or shall cause the Depositor to, on behalf of the Issuer, execute and cause to be filed with the Commission any periodic reports required to be filed with respect to the issuance of the Notes under the provisions of the Exchange Act and the rules and regulations of the Commission thereunder. The Depositor shall, at its expense, cooperate in any reasonable request made by the Servicer in connection with such filings.

  • OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET (OMB) AUDIT REQUIREMENTS The parties shall comply with the requirements of the Single Audit Act of 1984, P.L. 98-502, ensuring that the single audit report includes the coverage stipulated in 2 CFR 200.

  • Report on Assessment of Compliance and Attestation (a) On or before March 1 of each calendar year, commencing in 2007, the Servicer shall: (i) deliver to the Owner and any Depositor a report (in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Owner and such Depositor) regarding the Servicer’s assessment of compliance with the Servicing Criteria during the immediately preceding calendar year, as required under Rules 13a-18 and 15d-18 of the Exchange Act and Item 1122 of Regulation AB. Such report shall be addressed to the Owner and such Depositor and signed by an authorized officer of the Servicer, and shall address each of the Servicing Criteria specified on a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit 7 hereto delivered to the Owner concurrently with the execution of this Agreement; (ii) deliver to the Owner and any Depositor a report of a registered public accounting firm reasonably acceptable to the Owner and such Depositor that attests to, and reports on, the assessment of compliance made by the Servicer and delivered pursuant to the preceding paragraph. Such attestation shall be in accordance with Rules 1-02(a)(3) and 2-02(g) of Regulation S-X under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act; (iii) cause each Subservicer, and each Subcontractor determined by the Company pursuant to Section 12.06(b) to be “participating in the servicing function” within the meaning of Item 1122 of Regulation AB, to deliver to the Owner and any Depositor an assessment of compliance and accountants’ attestation as and when provided in paragraphs (a) and (b) of this Section; and (iv) if requested by the Owner or any Depositor not later than February 1 of the calendar year in which such certification is to be delivered, deliver to the Owner, any Depositor and any other Person that will be responsible for signing the certification (a “Sarbanes Certification”) required by Rules 13a-14(d) and 15d-14(d) under the Exchange Act (pursuant to Section 302 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002) on behalf of an asset-backed issuer with respect to a Securitization Transaction a certification in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 6. The Servicer acknowledges that the parties identified in clause (a)(iv) above may rely on the certification provided by the Servicer pursuant to such clause in signing a Sarbanes Certification and filing such with the Commission. Neither the Owner nor any Depositor will request delivery of a certification under clause (a)(iv) above, unless a Depositor is required under the Exchange Act to file an annual report on Form 10-K with respect to an issuing entity whose asset pool includes Mortgage Loans. (b) Each assessment of compliance provided by a Subservicer pursuant to Section 12.05(a)(i) shall address each of the Servicing Criteria specified on a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit 7 hereto delivered to the Owner concurrently with the execution of this Agreement or, in the case of a Subservicer subsequently appointed as such, on or prior to the date of such appointment. An assessment of compliance provided by a Subcontractor pursuant to Section 12.05(a)(iii) need not address any elements of the Servicing Criteria other than those specified by the Servicer pursuant to Section 12.06.

  • Data Protection Impact Assessment and Prior Consultation Processor shall provide reasonable assistance to the Company with any data protection impact assessments, and prior consultations with Supervising Authorities or other competent data privacy authorities, which Company reasonably considers to be required by article 35 or 36 of the GDPR or equivalent provisions of any other Data Protection Law, in each case solely in relation to Processing of Company Personal Data by, and taking into account the nature of the Processing and information available to, the Contracted Processors.

  • Disclosure Relating to Certain Federal Protections The parties acknowledge that they have been advised that: (a) in the case of Transactions in which one of the parties is a broker or dealer registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) under Section 15 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“1934 Act”), the Securities Investor Protection Corporation has taken the position that the provisions of the Securities Investor Protection Act of 1970 (“SIPA”) do not protect the other party with respect to any Transaction hereunder; (b) in the case of Transactions in which one of the parties is a government securities broker or a government securities dealer registered with the SEC under Section 15C of the 1934 Act, SIPA will not provide protection to the other party with respect to any Transaction hereunder; and (c) in the case of Transactions in which one of the parties is a financial institution, funds held by the financial institution pursuant to a Transaction hereunder are not a deposit and therefore are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund, as applicable.
