Common use of Report Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Report Maintenance. Contractor will be subject to audit by federal, state and local agencies pursuant to this Contract. The Contractor will maintain all reports, records, debris reporting tickets and contract correspondence for a period of not less than three (3) years.
