Common use of Report to Board Clause in Contracts

Report to Board. Executive will report directly to the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. The Company’s board of directors may, from time to time, modify Executive’s title or add, delete, or modify Executive’s performance responsibilities to accommodate management succession, as well as any other management objectives of the Company. Executive will assume any additional positions, duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be requested of him with or without additional compensation, as appropriate and consistent with Sections 3(a) and 3(b) of this Agreement.

The Company’s Bank's board of directors may, from time to time, modify Executive’s 's title or add, delete, or modify Executive’s 's performance responsibilities to accommodate management succession, as well as any other management objectives of the Bank or of the Company. Executive will assume any additional positions, duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be requested of him with or without additional compensation, as appropriate and consistent with Sections 3(a) and 3(b) of this Agreement.
