Reporting Applicability. The Grantee must report into CEIDARS annual criteria pollutant emissions for all facilities that emit 10 tons/year or more of any of the criteria pollutants listed in section F.3.d below. In addition, the Grantee must report annual toxic pollutant emissions data collected under the Grantee’s AB 2588 Air Toxics Hots Spots Information and Assessment Act program in accordance with the “Air Toxics Hot Spots Emission Inventory Criteria and Guidelines” (located at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/ab2588/2588guid.htm).
Reporting Applicability. For clarity, the above reporting obligation and other requirements in this Article 28 shall only arise in connection with the performance of Work at or on Owners’ property.
