Common use of Reporting Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Reporting Arrangements. Tasmania will report against the agreed milestones during the operation of this Agreement, as set out in Part 4 – Project Milestones, Reporting and Payments. The Commonwealth will provide an estimated total financial contribution to Tasmania of $7.2 million, exclusive of GST in respect of this Agreement, as set out in Part 5 – Financial Arrangements.

Reporting Arrangements. Tasmania will report annually against the agreed milestones during the operation of this Agreement, as set out in Part 4 – Project Milestones, Reporting and Payments.
