Reporting by the Licensee. The Licensee must provide to the University a written report, no more frequently than once each calendar year, within two months after the University requests the report, detailing the progress of development (if applicable) and Commercialisation of Licensed Technology, prospective grants of sublicenses, and other matters reasonably requested by the University.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Ownership Licensee agrees that the Licensed IP is the property of the Licensor. Licensee will not represent that it owns any of the Licensed IP. To the extent legally enforceable, Licensee agrees not to directly or indirectly contest or challenge the Licensor’s ownership or rights in the Licensed IP or the validity of any Licensed IP.
