Reporting Date. Any bargaining unit member who is recalled and does not make himself or herself available for employment within fifteen (15) working days of certified mailing of notice, or on a later date mutually agreed upon by the Board and the bargaining unit member, shall be considered and treated as a voluntary termination of employment from the Board by the bargaining unit member.
