Common use of Reporting Hours Worked Clause in Contracts

Reporting Hours Worked. And Overtime As authorized by the Fair Labor Standards Act, only those hours actually worked and required by the Employer shall be considered as hours worked for payment as overtime. All employees shall comply with the Office directives and procedures concerning the accurate reporting and recording of all hours worked. Any employee fabricating overtime payment claims or who inaccurately or fraudulently claims overtime payment shall be subject to disciplinary action including dismissal.
