Reporting of Accidents, Medical Attention and Hospitalization. 24.7 Where, pursuant to applicable legislation, the Employer reports an accident or an incident requiring medical attention or hospitalization of an Employee, the Employer will give the Union a copy of the report. The Employer will provide the Union with all Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) Forms and Accident/Near Miss Investigation Reports within five (5) days of them being provided to WCB.
