Reporting of Injury. In accordance with New York Workers’ Compensation Law, an employee who is injured while at work must report the injury with the insurance carrier and Workers’ Compensation Board within the time limits required by State Law. If injuries warrant a visit to the emergency room, the appropriate supervisor shall provide the employee with the necessary Workers’ Compensation information.
