Reporting of Objectives and Outcomes. Project objectives and outcomes will be measured on a quarterly basis. GRANTEE will submit a Sub-Recipient Quarterly Performance Report for the first, second and third quarters of the fiscal year and an Annual Performance Report at project completion and/or fourth quarter, whichever comes first.
