Reporting of Therapeutic Drug Use. Drivers are required to inform the KWRL supervisor in writing of any therapeutic drug use that may adversely affect the driver's ability to safely operate a vehicle. Drivers must provide KWRL documentation that their health care provider has reviewed each therapeutic drug prescribed to the driver and that none of the therapeutic drugs prescribed, individually or in combination, will adversely affect the driver’s ability to drive a school bus as defined by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration in accordance with FMCSA 391.41 and as required by Woodland School District Policy 5202.
