Reporting Staff Changes. Any disciplinary action, resignation, termination or other change in employment status of any staff person conducting work related to this PROGRAM and/or supported by funds provided by this Agreement must be reported immediately to THE PARTNERSHIP Executive Director.

  • Financial Stability The Contractor shall meet and comply with all requirements located in Title 27, Articles 1 through 15, of the Indiana Code.   • REPORTING AND EVALUATION The Provider agrees to comply with 7 AAC 81.120, Confidentiality and 7 AAC 81.150, Reports, and other applicable state or federal law regarding the submission of information, including the provisions of Section VI of this Agreement.
