Common use of Reports and Drawings Clause in Contracts

Reports and Drawings. When the Contractor has been paid for the Services performed by him or her, all reports, drawings, and other material furnished to the City shall become the City’s property and may be used by the City (or such parties as the City may designate) thereafter in such manner and for such proposes as the City (or such parties as the City may designate) may deem advisable, without further employment of or additional compensation to the Contractor. The Contractor shall not release or disclose any report, drawing, or other material furnished to the Contractor by the City in connection with the performance of the Contractor’s Services
