Reports and Drawings. The contract documents shall identify those reports of explorations and tests of subsurface conditions at or contiguous to the Site that the Architect has used in preparing the Contract Documents; and those drawings of physical conditions in or relating to existing surface or subsurface structures at or contiguous to the Site (except Underground Facilities) that the Architect has used in preparing the Contract Documents.
Reports and Drawings. The Supplementary Conditions identify:
1. those reports of explorations and tests of subsurface conditions at or contiguous to the Site that ENGINEER has used in preparing the Contract Documents; and
2. those drawings of physical conditions in or relating to existing surface or subsurface struc- tures at or contiguous to the Site (except Underground Facilities) that ENGINEER has used in preparing the Contract Documents.

Reports and Drawings. When the Contractor has been paid for the Services performed by him or her, all reports, drawings, and other material furnished to the City shall become the City’s property and may be used by the City (or such parties as the City may designate) thereafter in such manner and for such proposes as the City (or such parties as the City may designate) may deem advisable, without further employment of or additional compensation to the Contractor. The Contractor shall not release or disclose any report, drawing, or other material furnished to the Contractor by the City in connection with the performance of the Contractor’s Services

Reports and Drawings. If applicable, Agency has provided to Contractor those reports known to the Agency of explorations and tests of subsurface conditions at or contiguous to the site; and those drawings known to the Agency of physical conditions relating to existing surface or subsurface structures at the site (except Underground Facilities).
Reports and Drawings. No reports or drawings related to Hazardous Environmental Conditions at the Site are known to Owner.”

1. At the end of paragraph 6.01.A., add the following: “In the event of the failure to perform as required by the Contract, the surety shall act within 10 days of notification by the Owner to comply with the conditions of the Performance and Payment Bonds.”
