Reports from the Employer. a) The Employer agrees to provide the Union within ten (10) working days following the end of the month, with a monthly list of hirings, terminations, resignations, layoffs, recalls, transfers, promotions, retirements and deaths within the bargaining unit. b) The Employer also agrees to communicate to the Union in writing positions, which become redundant in the month in which the redundancy occurs.
