Reports from the Employer. a) The Employer shall provide the Union with a copy of the minutes of the Regular Meetings of the Board, that are available to the public and press. Other documentation, which is not confidential, may be provided upon request. b) The Employer agrees to provide the Union within ten (10) working days following the end of the month, with a monthly list of hirings, terminations, resignations, layoffs, recalls, transfers, promotions, retirements and deaths within the bargaining unit. c) The Employer also agrees to communicate to the Union in writing positions, which become redundant in the month in which the redundancy occurs.
