Reports From the Trustee. The Trustee shall, on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of each month, file with (i) the Credit Facility Provider (following Conversion) addressed to the Multifamily Loan Servicing Department of the Credit Facility Provider (with a copy to the Servicer); (ii) the Issuer and; (iii) prior to the Conversion Date, the Construction Phase Credit Facility Provider, in each case a statement setting forth in respect of the preceding calendar month:

Reports From the Trustee. The Trustee shall furnish to the Borrower (and to Xxxxxx Xxx and the Lender upon written request) quarterly and to the Issuer monthly statements of the activity and assets held in each of the Funds and Accounts maintained by the Trustee hereunder.
Reports From the Trustee. (a) Trustee to Transmit Annual Report to Debentureholders. On or before April 30, 1997, and on or before April 30, in every year thereafter, as long as any Debentures are outstanding hereunder, the Trustee shall transmit to the Debentureholders, as hereinafter in this Section provided, a brief report dated as of the preceding December 31, that complies with Trust Indenture Act Section 313(a). The Trustee also shall comply with Trust Indenture Act Sections 313(b) and 313(c).
