Common use of Reports of Completion Clause in Contracts

Reports of Completion. Upon completion of the leave and within ninety (90) days of the unit member’s return to duty, he/she shall submit to the Superintendent transcript of records of work taken and grades earned or summary of his/her study or project together with a statement of the educational growth believed obtained and any other evidence which may indicate that he/she has met the objectives stated in his/her application. The requirements of the sabbatical leave shall not be considered complete until the unit member’s report has been reviewed by the Superintendent and the Board.
