Reports to Governmental Agencies. As soon as practicable, and in event within ten (10) days after the filing thereof, the Borrower shall furnish to the Agent and each of the Banks a copy of its Form 10-K and 10-Q reports, each proxy statement, each registration statement and all other reports which the Borrower is or may be required to file with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission or any State Securities Commission.

The Borrower will furnish to agencies of the State of Montana, such periodic reports or statements as they may reasonably require throughout the Term of this Agreement. The Borrower agrees to furnish such information and pay such fees as may be necessary to continue in effect, in its own name or the name of the City or in behalf of the Lender, the registration of the Note with the State of Montana and regulatory authorities of such other states as the Note has been or is being registered by the Lender thereof.
Reports to Governmental Agencies. The Operator shall provide the Client with all the necessary information needed in order to submit all the required reports by the governmental agencies so the Facility fulfils the necessary requirements.

The Corporation will furnish to agencies of the State of Montana, including but not limited to the Public Service Commission of the State of Montana, the Commissioner of Insurance and the Securities Commissioner, such periodic reports or statements as they may reasonably require by law or regulation throughout the period in which the Notes remain outstanding.

As soon as practicable, and in any event within ten (10) days after the filing thereof, MSC shall notify the Administrative Agent, who will promptly notify the Purchasers, that MSC has filed its Form 10-K and 10-Q reports, each proxy statement, each registration statement and all other reports which MSC is or may be required to file with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission or any State Securities Commission (other than statements of beneficial ownership on Forms 3, 4 or 5).

As soon as practicable, and in any event within ten (10) days after the filing thereof, ENS shall notify the Administrative Agent, who will promptly notify the Purchasers, that ENS has filed its Form 10-K and 10-Q reports, each proxy statement, each registration statement and all other reports which ENS is or may be required to file with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission or any state securities commission (other than statements of beneficial ownership on Forms 3, 4 or 5).
Reports to Governmental Agencies. With reasonable promptness, copies of all such financial reports, statements and returns which the Company or its Subsidiaries shall file with any federal or state department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality.
Reports to Governmental Agencies. The Borrower will furnish to agencies of the State, including, but not limited to, the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Trade and Economic Development and to the Lender, the City, and the Issuer, such periodic reports or statements as they may reasonably require throughout the term of this Loan Agreement. The Borrower shall notify the Issuer of any request by the Borrower for the Holder's consent to alterations to the Equipment, or to the sale, assignment or other disposition of the Equipment, and of the Holder's action in response to such requests.
Reports to Governmental Agencies. Promptly after the same are available (but in any event no later than sixty (60) days of the filing thereof), copies of (i) each annual report, proxy or financial statement or other report or communication sent to the stockholders of the Borrower, (ii) all annual, regular, periodic and special reports and registration statements which the Borrower may file or be required to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission under Section 13 or 15( d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, or with any national securities exchange and (iii) all such financial reports, statements and returns that any Loan Party has filed with any other Official Body, and in any case not otherwise required to be delivered to the Lender pursuant hereto. Documents required to be delivered pursuant to this Section (to the extent any such documents are included in materials otherwise filed with the SEC) may be delivered electronically and if so delivered, shall be deemed to have been delivered on the date on which the Borrower posts such documents, or provides a link thereto on the Borrower's website on the Internet.
