– REPRESENTATION AND UNION SECURITY. 2.01 All references to Union Representatives and Committee Members in this Collective Agreement shall be deemed to mean employees of the Region who are Union Representatives and Committee Members for the Local. Union Representatives and Committee Members will be paid their respective salaries for all time spent during regular working hours attending meetings with the Employer, subject to Article 2.02. 2.02 The Employer agrees to recognize the following representatives of the Union:
