Representation and Warranties of Manager. Manager hereby represents and warrants to Medical Center as follows, which representations and warranties shall be true, accurate and complete on the date of this Agreement (as defined herein) and at all other times during the term hereof:
Representation and Warranties of Manager. 8.1 The Manager is, and at all time during the term of this Agreement shall be, licensed as a general securities principal and, if required by the nature of the business conducted, either is also licensed as a registered options principal or will engage individuals so registered at all times during the term of this Agreement.
