Representation Notification. The City shall notify EAGLES, in writing, when a group of employees files a petition to establish an appropriate unit of employees, to modify a unit of employees, or to be recognized for purposes of meeting and conferring in good faith. The notice will include a description of the proposed unit. EAGLES will have the opportunity to provide comments to the Employee Relations Officer (as defined in the City’s Employer-Employee Relations Resolution) regarding the appropriateness of the proposed unit.
