Common use of Representation of Probationary Employees Clause in Contracts

Representation of Probationary Employees. The Union shall represent probationary employees for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, or other conditions of employment as set forth in Article I of this Agreement. The Board shall have the right to discharge and discipline probationary employees and the action is not subject to appeal or grievance.
