Common use of Representation on Committees Clause in Contracts

Representation on Committees. 11.1 The Employer agrees to have the Association represented on the following Committees set up by the Employer: (a) Training Committee (b) Travelling and Subsistence Committee (c) Honorarium Committee (d) Anomalies Committee and any other committee which may be set up from time- to-time and which directly concerns members of the Service.
